After your discovery call, there are two ways for us to work together:

The Freedom package includes:
One transformational hypnotherapy session – typically 1,5 – 2 hours.
Unique to you hypnotic recording based on what comes up during the session and your desired outcomes – typically about 15 minutes long. I will ask you to listen to it at least once per day for at least 21 days to make your new beliefs familiar and, therefore, safe for your subconscious.
21-day follow-up – about 30 minutes session where you can share your experience and ask any questions you may have.

Alternatively, we may decide to use other tools in my toolbox, like flow coaching, dream re-entry,
and energy work.
We may look at bringing more flow into your life to create a hi-flow lifestyle and
increase your creativity and productivity in a way that feels effortless and fun.
Since lucid dreaming and hypnotic trance are the same states, if you are open to
working with dreams, we may decide to make one of your dreams lucid and
uncover the wisdom it contains.
Or use movement, breathing, and meditation to help you open and balance your
energy.
It is a jazzier, more tailored experience that has the potential to create a bigger momentum and more magic.
